PC Fiscal Conservatives "tagged"

The following was at the very end of Jason Fekete's piece today. And with the flurry of stories coming out, it likely has been overlooked by most.

Rural Tory MLA George Rogers said he supports the premier's approach of trying to be fiscally prudent without chopping key programs like health care and education.

There are MLAs in caucus "more to the fiscal right" who believe in balancing the budget at all costs, he said.

"I don't think that's the right thing for Albertans," Rogers said. "They've made their positions clear and we know who they are."

The emphasis is mine. This type of statement is indicative of the mindset within the PC's. If you aren't with us; you are against us. Just ask Rob Anderson, Guy Boutilier or Raj Sherman.

The statement makes it sound like they (fiscal conservatives) have been tagged for extermination.
